A hack saw cut measuring about 150mm tear between 1 and 3 O' clock position was observed on the 14'' pipeline facility at Ebocha. The impact was limited to NAOC acquired area. The spill impacted on the land within the area of impact .Vegetation aroud the impacted site had been cleared from previous bush fire.
