Unknown person installed illegal 6" nipple valve at 12 O' clock position on the pipe line. The spill was accompanied by fire outbreak which resulted in some volume of crude oil being burnt off. The total area engulfed by fire is 13000m2 while the area of impact by crude oil is 4745m2
