THE SPILL POINT WAS OBSERVED ON THE EXPOSED SECTION OF THE FLOW LINE. THERE WAS A HACK SAW CUT AT 10 O'CLOCK POSITION. THE SPILL AFFECTED THE VEGETATED AREAS WITHIN AND OUTSIDE ROW. THE SPILL POINT WAS STILL LEAKING AS AT THE TIME OF JIV.
