THE TEAM OBSERVED TWO PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED CONES ON THE PIPELINE BUT ONE WAS TEMPERED WITH BY UNKNOWN PERSONS. IT IS A NON LEAK POINT, NO CRUDE OIL WERE FOUND WITHIN THE FACILITY.
