• The JIV team on arrival observed that there was no free phase oil around the spill point. • On excavation, a previously repaired cone was observed to have been cut off by unknown person (s) at 12 O’ Clock position for oil theft activities. • At the time of JIV there was no crude oil spilling out of the damaged cone.
