Oil Spill at 12" Adibawa – Okordia Pipeline at Ikarama

• The JIV team upon arrival observed a small ditch dug by the suspected vandal (s). • Upon excavation, a hacksaw cut of about 150mm was observed on the pipeline by the team. • The team also observed that impacted area is only within the asset owners’ right of way. • At the time of JIV, crude oil is still spilling out the spill point.
