• A ditch dug by the suspected vandal (s) on one of the spill points was observed by the JIV team on arrival. • After excavation, hacksaw cuts were observed at two different points (A and B) which are 24m apart. • On excavation, water was observed dripping out of the spill points • At the time of JIV, no free phase crude oil was observed around spill points.
