Oil Spill at 12" Ogale-Ebubu Trunkline at Ogale Community.

Upon excavation and exposure, two (2) illegal installations, each consisting of a 2" ball valve with pipe extension were observed installed on the pipeline at 12 o'clock position by unknown person(s) for crude oil theft activity.
