Oil Spill at 20" Kolocreek Trunk Line at Owerewere Community.

Upon excavation and exposure of the suspected incident point, the JIT observed a previously repaired section of the pipeline secured with a clamp. The repair was intact, and no signs of crude oil leakage were observed at the time of investigation.
