Oil Spill at 14'' Okordia-Rumuekpe Trunkline at Ikata in Ahoada East LGA, Rivers State.

i. It was observed that the soil at the incident point had been disturbed, sign of loose soil was evident. ii. Upon excavation and exposure, the JIT observed a hacksaw cut of about 10cm at 12-1 o'clock position caused by unknown person(s) for oil theft purpose. iii. It was a non-leaking point at time of JIV. iv. Repairs of the damaged portion of the pipeline was ongoing at the time of JIV.
