Oil Spill at 6’’ Azuzuama-Ogboinbiri Flowline at Ikebiri

i. The area within the Right of way is heavily impacted while outside is of minimal impact. ii. There was a 120mm cut from 10 – 12 o’clock position on the flow line. iii. There was a containment boom deployed to contain and recover spilled crude oil. iv. About 2bbls was recovered during JIV from the estimated 6bbls spilled.
