Oil Spill at 6’’ Tuomo-Ogboinbiri flowline at Kassama

i. There was evidence of recent excavation around the incident point. ii. After excavations the JIT saw a hack saw cut of about 140mm from 11-3 o’clock position on the flow line. iii. The vegetation within and around the incident point were impacted as a result of high pressure when the line was still on/life.
