Oil Spill at 6’’ Ogboinbiri-Tebidaba pipeline at Okpotuwari

i. There was evidence of recent excavation around the incident point. ii. After excavation the JIT saw a 3” gate valve installed at 12 o’clock position on pipeline iii. The point was not leaking during JIV and repairs.
