Oil Spill at 6’’ Ogboinbiri- Tebidaba Pipeline at Lagosgbene

i. There was evidence of fire within and outside of right of way. ii. Vegetation where completely burnt within and around the incident point. iii. Unknown person(s) cut the facility at 12 o’clock position and installed a 2’’ nipple with clamp for crude oil theft. iv. The environment was heavily impacted within and outside the right of way.
