The JIV team observed 2 numbers of hacksaw cuts was inflicted on the facility. Point 1 120mm hacksaw cut @ 8-12 Clock position. Point 2 100mm hacksaw cut @ 9-12 Clock position with a distance of 549mm meter Apart by unknown person(s) for oil theft activity.
