Equipment Failure: During normal operation, silvery sheen was observed overboard by the Midship Portside of the FPSO. Source of oil sheen was traced to faulty level indication on the oil treater Train 2 sight glass. Produced water diverted to inboard and sheen observed to self-dissipate and sea state cleared.
