THE CAUSE WAS AS A RESULT OF SABOTAGE SINCE THERE WAS A VISIBLE INSTALLATION OF 2'' VALVE ON THE FACILITY AT 12 O'CLOCK POSITION. THE IMPACTED AREA WAS WITHIN COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY. VEGETATION WERE IMPACTED.
