THE CAUSE WAS AS A RESULT OF SABOTAGE SINCE THERE WAS A VISIBLE DRILLED HOLE ON THE FACILITY AT 12 O'CLOCK POSITION. THE IMPACTED AREA WAS OUTSIDE COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY. VEGETATION WERE IMPACTED.
