THE SPILL WAS DUE TO SABOTAGE SINCE THERE WAS A VISIBLE HACKSAW CUT ON THE PIPELINE. THE SPILL WAS OUTSIDE COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY. VEGETATION WAS IMPACTED.
