THE SPILL WAS AS A RESULT OF SABOTAGE SINCE THERE WAS A VISIBLE INSTALLATION OF 3'' VALVE ON THE PIPELINE AT 12 O' CLOCK POSITION. VEGEGATION WERE IMPACTED.
