Oil Spill at 20'' / 36'' RUMUEKPE - NKPOKU PIPELINE RIGHT OF WAY

 The spill point could not be found at the time of JIV.  Crude oil was observed at various points, about 10 meters from the manifold.  A metal container and plastic bowl with crude oil stain were found within the impacted area/vegetation.  The source of the spilled oil was term to be 'mystery' by the Joint Investigation Team (JIT)
