THE SPILL WAS DUE TO SABOTAGE SINCE THERE WAS A VISBLE BLASTED RISER ON THE FACILITY. THE IMPACTED AREA WAS OUTSIDE COMPANY'S FACILITY REIGHT OF WAY. VEGETATION WAS IMPACTED.
