Oil Spill at SEPLAT OKOKPORO WELL 3 @ OKEGBERODE.

Vegetation and surface water were impacted, the spill was within and outside the company's right of way. The non return valve on the well head was removed and replace with an illegal flange to siphon crude oil from the well head.
