• There was a locally fabricated clamp with 1.5’’ valve connected to an elbow pipe; installed around the Spill point at 12 O’clock position by unknown persons on the pipeline at 12 O’clock position by unknown persons. This is attributed to third party interference (theft activity). • SPDC’S ROW and surrounding vegetation were impacted.
