THERE WAS FIRE EXPLOSION AND OIL SPILL FROM AN OIL THEFT POINT ON THE DELIVERY LINE AT 12 O' CLOCK POSITION. THE INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE THE OIL THIEVES WERE ATTEMPTING TO BORE THE LINE.
