Oil Spill at 8'' Ohaji well 4 to OHS EPF Flowline

• A coated spot on the 8’’ flowline was scrapped or peeled off at 12 O’clock position by unknown persons. This is attributed to third party interference (attempted sabotage activity). • No leak at the spill point/site (zero spill). • More sand bags were found in the ditch while manual excavation was ongoing. • No spill impact recorded.
