• 1.5’’ ball valve with a locally fabricated clamp was installed on the pipeline at 12 O’clock position by unknown persons. This is attributed to third party interference (oil theft activity). • The spill point was established as a leaking point. • Prior to mechanical exposure of the spill point, there was evidence of free phase on the Right of Way and the third party area. • SPDC’s ROW and adjoining vegetation are impacted areas during JIV.
