Two 2'' valve pins observed on the 12 O' Clock position on the pipeline. Installed by unknown persons . The JIT concluded it was a sabotage. 450 qm of area was impacted by 3.36 barrels of crude. The repairs were completed during the JIV and the company has been advised to increase survaillance in the area while clean up of the spill commences in two weeks from date of JIV
