AFTER EXCAVATION IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THERE WAS NO IMPACT ON THE FACILITY. THE RESURFACED CRUDE OIL WAS AS A RESULT OF PREVIOUSLY BACK-FILLED OPERATION.
