UNKNOWN PERSON(S) INFLICTED THE FACILITY WITH A PIN HOLE @ 12 O'CLOCK POSITION ON THE FACILITY. NOTE: The spill incident was reported to the Agency on 25/06/2012. The first JIV was held from 29th June, 2012 till 13th July 2012. With Sunday Ogwuche participating from NOSDRA, the JIV was declared inconclusive as the community representatives do not accept the cause of spill as sabotage as declared by other state holders. Consultations has been conducted in that regards on the 13th February, 2018 with Nwanni Vincent participated from NOSDRA. On the 14th day of April the section of the facility (specimen) was removed from site for further test and examination with Madu Henry participated from NOSDRA. On the 24th day of April, 2018, the existing clamp on the specimen was removed before all the stake holders and was confirmed a pin hole at 12 o’clock on the facility and the JIV was concluded.
