We observed a fire outbreak at the incident point during the time of JIV ... the source of the fire was unknown and there by concluded it was by an unknown person ... during the time of JIV we observed a 120mm hacksaw cut on the facility at 1- 3 O'Clock position... however the JIV was concluded and repair was carried out immediately.
