THE INCIDENT WAS INITIALLY REPORTED AS A SUSPECTED NON LEAKING POINT. BUT DURING JIV, UPON EXCAVATION, THE JIT OBSERVED LEAKAGE AT THE POINT WHERE THE FLEXIBLE HOSE AND THE ILLEGAL FITTING WERE CONNECTED.
