Oil stained vegetation and water surfaces on nearby creek within and stretching outside of company's ROW. (i) The first spill point featured a 100mm hacksaw cut on the flowline between the 12 O'clock and 9 O'clock position. (ii) The second spill point also featured a 100mm hacksaw cut on the flowline between the 12 O'clock and 9 O'clock position. (iii) The two spill points were 40m apart.
