The impact was within and out of NAOC ROW. The entire Terrain has been heavily impacted by previous Spills. The Soil heavily soaked with Crude Oil and the Mangrove badly destroyed. The 2.5 BBLS of Crude Oil was not recovered. A large volume was emptied into the Creek and the remaining mixed with the mud during back-filling.
