The spillage resulted to a fire incident on the 15th March, 2014. PPMC put off the fire and clamped the source of leakage on the 16th May, 2014 in the absence of NOSDRA staff. The first (1st) JIV carried out on the 26th Feb. 2014 was inconclusive another JIV was carried out.
